Purpose:
Leara founded this section with the idea that, in her words, "all of those weirdos that the Council keeps trying to hide from the public eye can band together and prove that we're the best you've got."

Requirements for Joining:
Usually people have to be considered quirky enough to seek out or pass the leader's interview to be given a spot in this section.
It's easy enough to try for an interview, you just have to contact Kael about it.
